Welcome to SHIFTED. By placing an order with us, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Orders

• Orders must be placed before the stated cut-off time:

  • 10.00 AM for 12:00 PM delivery.

  • 10.00 PM for 12:00 AM delivery.

• Orders received after the cut-off time will be scheduled for the next available delivery slot.

2. Freshly Cooked Meals

Every SHIFTED meal is freshly prepared after orders close. As all meals are made to order, preparation begins immediately after the cut-off time.

3. Delivery

• During our soft launch, deliveries are available only within selected areas of Kuala Lumpur.

• Complimentary delivery is available for eligible locations and is subject to delivery distance and route assessment.

• Delivery times are estimated and may vary due to weather, traffic, or unforeseen circumstances.

4. Order Changes & Cancellations

As meals are prepared fresh to order, cancellations or changes cannot be accepted once the order cut-off time has passed.

5. Food Allergies

Our meals may contain or come into contact with common allergens, including but not limited to eggs, dairy, soy, wheat, seafood, and nuts. Customers with food allergies are encouraged to contact us before placing an order.

6. Refunds

If you receive the wrong order or experience a significant issue with your meal, please contact us within 2 hours of receiving your order. Refunds or replacements will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

7. Product Availability

Menu items may occasionally change or become unavailable due to ingredient availability or seasonal supply. SHIFTED reserves the right to substitute ingredients with suitable alternatives where necessary.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including photographs, logos, designs, graphics, and written materials, is the intellectual property of SHIFTED and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written permission.

9. Privacy

Any personal information provided when placing an order will be used solely for order processing, delivery, and customer communication. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties except where necessary to complete your order.
